Very comfortable and fairly durable, however they are extremely slippery on wet flat deck and even diamond deck if you step in oil or water. If you're an engineer, I recommend sticking with the older issue boots just because they last longer and you don't slip nearly as much with them on wet or oily surfaces.

Purchased my boots last week and am please with the comfort and protection provided by this boot along with another boot from Belleville.

Got the boots yesterday and most impressed. Fit perfect and I had no issues . Steel Toe is a must on the deck, so I was pleased to also have the comfort and protection in the same boot.

overall a good work/utility boot. I've had these boots for almost a year now and they're pretty tough boots. A few things I would point out though is that (at least for me) they begin to loosen overtime no matter how tight you tie them or lace them. The stitching on the right side on my right boot began to come undone, letting water in when I had to work in the rain and this happened only a few months into wearing these. The leather that covers the steel toe isn't the toughest but it did last me a good bit of time before my steel toe was exposed. Working 40 Hours a week and always being on my feet, crawling, etc. the tread life is decent but, after 9 months my tread is pretty worn. Overall factoring in working a hard laborious job,, these boots hold up pretty well and I'm not afraid to beat them up. This is for anyone thinking about buying these for civilian work.

After 30 years in the Navy Reserve it is time to retire. Bellleville Boots have been my boots of choice over the lengthy career I had. This boot is made to fit perfectly from day one. As I move on into my civilian Tree Service business I will continue to wear my Belleville Boots with pride. Thank you Belleville

Great boot while flying and on the flight deck. Looks good, feels good and worth every dollar I paid. Thanks Belleville for providing the Navy a quality boot.
