Returns and Warranty

 Please Note:  Belleville boots issued to you or purchased from a store must be returned 
 to that issuing or selling agent and are subject to that agent’s return policy.

RETURNS: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the boots you purchased directly from us and would like a refund, return them unused to Belleville within 30 days and we'll refund 100% of the price of the boots, excluding any shipping charges.  No refunds will be offered for boots returned after the 30-day period.

To obtain a refund, please call 1-800-376-6978 to obtain a return authorization number.  

A credit will appear on your credit card within two billing cycles.

EXCHANGES: Please contact our Belleville Boot Customer Service Department at 1-800-376-6978 or via email at boots@bellevilleboot.com with your request to exchange your boots for another size.  For exchanges, we will pay to have a new pair shipped to you, but we will not reimburse you for the shipping cost to return the original pair. All footwear should be returned with postage prepaid and in its original packaging. COD shipments will NOT be accepted.

Belleville Boot Company will not issue any refunds or exchanges on boots that show any signs of wear or are altered in any way from their original condition. 

Unworn boots purchased from a Belleville Dealer

If you purchased your boots from a Belleville dealer, please return your item(s) to the original place of purchase with a dated sales receipt.  Please do not send your boots directly to Belleville. Belleville Boot Company is unable to accept any returned packages that have not been purchased directly from us or are not accompanied by a return authorization number. 

Defective Boots

Belleville Boot Company guarantees its boots to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If a defect in materials and/or workmanship occurs within the one year period, Belleville Boot Company will, at its option, either repair or replace the boots.

Boots that are not considered defective include:

    • Boots that show signs of normal wear and tear or are damaged due to excessive wear
    • Boots damaged by improper boot maintenance or lack of maintenance
    • Boots that are of an incorrect size, but have been worn
    • Boots returned after the return / warranty period

All defective footwear received will be inspected to determine eligibility for a refund, exchange or merchandise credit. Please call 1-800-376-6978 for further instruction on returning defective footwear.
